Geothermal is an important part of what we do. We install ground-source systems in new construction and existing homes, beginning with an assessment of the property, water source, soil conditions, energy goals, and existing ductwork. Our team determines the appropriate heat-pump size and loop configuration, then designs and installs open-loop or closed-loop systems. Depending on the property and system requirements, that may include vertical, horizontal, or pond/lake ground loops, geothermal heat-pump placement, and integration with existing HVAC ductwork. Our goal is stable, efficient, and quiet heating and cooling throughout the year.

We also provide geothermal diagnostics, repair, service, maintenance, and annual tune-ups. Our technicians inspect heat pumps, circulation pumps, flow centers, loop piping, and refrigerant circuits, using advanced tools and proven processes to evaluate temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and loop performance. We work to identify and address refrigerant issues, pump failures, pressure imbalances, loop leaks, water-flow problems, sensor errors, and efficiency losses.
