K-wood, LLC

We’re a family-owned HVAC team based in Oley, Pennsylvania. Gary Cawood started K-Wood LLC in 1995, and we’ve remained small enough to bring a personal touch to every job. Today, our team includes six full-time employees and three full-time trucks. We work with both residential and commercial HVAC systems, handling projects that range from large walk-ins, freezers, and clean rooms to a single-room ductless unit.

Our goal is simple: do the job right the first time. That starts with listening carefully and understanding what each customer truly needs. No two projects are the same, whether we’re working in a residence or a commercial facility. We provide air-conditioning repairs and installations, residential heating sales and repairs for all makes and models, and services involving heat pumps, hybrid systems, thermostats, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality. We proudly serve most of Berks County, including Fleetwood, as well as surrounding areas.

Geothermal systems are also an important part of our work. We are a full-service provider of WaterFurnace geothermal products, offering routine maintenance, equipment repairs, and total comfort system installations. Our team has been trained by WaterFurnace to maintain and repair geothermal equipment and to size loops and units for a home. We can help customers understand options such as horizontal, open, and vertical loops and select the approach that best fits their home. We can also explain options for using geothermal systems with in-floor radiant heat. For ongoing care, we offer maintenance agreements with service once or twice a year to help keep equipment running at peak efficiency. Whether the need is a repair, a new installation, or regular maintenance, we approach the work with attention to the system, the space, and the customer behind it.
