About Jones Htg, A/C, and Plbg.
We are Jones Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical, a family-owned Brookwood company serving Tuscaloosa County and surrounding areas. Our work began in 1973 with heating and refrigeration, then expanded over time into heavy-equipment air conditioning, duct fabrication, electrical work, plumbing, and broader commercial and industrial service. We continue to support residential customers while completing a substantial share of our work for commercial and industrial properties.
Our heating and cooling services include new installation, replacement, retrofit work, preventive maintenance, emergency repair, and service agreements. We work on residential and commercial HVAC equipment, commercial refrigeration, indoor-air-quality products, boilers, ductless systems, zoning controls, and multiple equipment brands. Our in-house capabilities also include sheet-metal design and fabrication, electrical service, plumbing, drain and sewer work, and air-conditioning service for off-road heavy equipment.
Geothermal work is an established part of our business. We install and service closed-loop geothermal heat-pump systems, including drilling and horizontal loops. We also service WaterFurnace equipment. That allows our team to address both the indoor heat-pump system and the ground-loop work involved in a geothermal project. For customers considering ground-source heating and cooling, we can evaluate the property, discuss loop and equipment needs, and carry the system through installation and later service.
We serve homes, businesses, and industrial facilities from our Brookwood location. Because our work spans mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, refrigeration, and heavy equipment, we can coordinate projects that involve more than a single trade. Whether the need is a residential geothermal installation, a commercial retrofit, a refrigeration repair, or planned HVAC maintenance, we begin by understanding the equipment and site, then define the work needed to keep the system operating as intended.
