JK Mechanical

At JK Mechanical, our focus is on you. Since 1979, we’ve brought smart energy solutions and comfort to families and businesses in Pennsylvania. We began as JK Enterprise, founded by Jim Leaman and Ken Leaman, and later welcomed their brother Ron Leaman as an owner. We completed our first geothermal installation, known as “The Green Machine.” In 1989, we became J.K. Mechanical, Inc., and over the years our ownership evolved within the Leaman family. Chris Leaman joined us in 2004, became an owner alongside Ken in 2011, and became our sole owner in 2016.

Our roots are in Willow Street. We started from an office and warehouse at 3100 Willow Street Pike South before moving in May 2006 to our current location at 202 W Kendig Road. As our capabilities grew, we established our electrical department in 2012 under the registered DBA JK Electrical, followed by our plumbing department in 2017. Today, we install, maintain, service, and repair a wide range of residential heating and cooling equipment and related components. With access to all major heating and cooling brands, we can recommend options suited to each home’s comfort needs.

We also help care for the plumbing and electrical systems that keep a home working properly. Our plumbing work includes system maintenance, pipe replacement, and fixture replacement, helping our customers enjoy clean water—and no drips. Our electrical services include troubleshooting, circuit-panel upgrades, room rewiring, and other projects intended to improve comfort. As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, we provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for home heating and cooling systems. Our technicians complete extensive factory training, and our NATE-certified technicians have passed stringent exams and maintain required licenses and insurance. Through every service we provide, our priority remains the trust our clients place in our people and products—and the comfort we help create.
