Jeff Campbell Heating & Cooling, LLC

We’re a local, family-owned and operated HVAC team based in Franklin, Indiana. Since 2009, we’ve provided heating and cooling services throughout Franklin and Central Indiana, including Bartholomew, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, and Shelby counties. Our customers’ comfort matters to us, so we strive to provide same-day responsiveness and diagnosis whenever possible. When a customer is completely without heat, we provide same-day service during business hours and service within 24 hours regardless.

Jeff began his commercial HVAC career in 1978 while running a small residential service on the side. He worked at Trane for nearly 25 years—18 years in service as a technician and seven years in commercial sales—before moving to Johnson Controls in 2004, where he continued working in commercial sales. In 2009, he established Jeff Campbell Heating & Cooling full time. That experience has shaped the practical knowledge Jeff shares with our small team and the customers we serve. Our technicians are trained to work on any make and model, and we handle the design, installation, service, repair, and replacement of residential and commercial HVAC systems.

We also bring 15 years of sheet metal fabrication experience to ductwork repairs and the design and installation of new duct systems. Whether the need involves an air conditioner, furnace, ductless system, geothermal system, or ductwork, our goal is to identify the issue and help restore comfort as soon as possible. If a furnace is under warranty, we work to locate the needed part and provide the labor cost. If a furnace is no longer under warranty and needs a part, we can provide a repair quote or recommend replacement when appropriate based on our diagnosis. For other equipment that is not under warranty, we work to identify the best solution for the situation, whether that means repair, replacement, or a new installation. We’ve built our reputation by treating customers fairly, looking for cost-conscious solutions, and taking every heating and cooling concern seriously.
