Jacobs Air Conditioning & Heating

We’re a family-owned and operated HVAC team that has served Carbondale, Marion, and Southern Illinois for more than 26 years. We’ve worked in Carbondale since 2000, building our reputation through HVAC knowledge and the respect we show every customer. For us, treating customers like family means arriving on time, respecting their property, keeping them informed when circumstances change, and taking care to complete repairs properly.

As a full-service HVAC provider, we repair and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-split systems. We proudly serve Carbondale, Marion, and Carterville, bringing decades of experience to projects of many sizes. Whether someone needs help with an existing system or is considering replacement, we focus on knowledgeable, professional service suited to the equipment and situation.

We also specialize in geothermal heat pumps and loop installation. Since 2000, we’ve installed geothermal systems in the greater Carbondale area and developed the experience to help manage the process from system design through installation and repair. Geothermal systems can be added to existing homes or incorporated into new construction, and the installation approach can be adjusted to suit the building and its needs. We also provide geothermal maintenance and recommend periodic service to help systems continue operating through Southern Illinois weather. Because geothermal installation is a significant project, we bring focused knowledge to every stage. We’re fully licensed and insured, and customers can reach us at (618) 529-2989 to discuss their heating, cooling, or geothermal needs.
