J C Eisenbrey & Son LLC

We are a second-generation heating and cooling business serving Milford, Delaware, and surrounding communities. Our company was founded in 1969, and we work with both homeowners and business owners to create comfortable, energy-efficient indoor environments. At least one of our owners is present at every job, keeping our ownership directly involved in the services we provide.

We sell, install, service, and repair central air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, oil burners, and geothermal systems. Our work covers a range of heating and cooling needs, from equipment installation to ongoing service and repairs. We keep our service trucks stocked with commonly needed parts so we can address many problems during the service visit. We are licensed and certified in our service areas, and we keep up with developments in heating and cooling technology and equipment.

Our primary geographic focus includes Milford and Sussex County. We also serve customers in Rehoboth, Georgetown, and Milton, as well as communities in Kent County. We offer same-day service and provide estimates and service appointments for customers seeking heating, cooling, or geothermal assistance.
