We are Inland Air Systems, a family-owned and locally operated heating and cooling company based in Fairhope. Our roots in Baldwin County go back to 1981, and today we work with homeowners and businesses across communities including Fairhope, Daphne, Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Spanish Fort, Loxley, Robertsdale, and nearby areas.

Our team installs, repairs, and maintains residential and commercial HVAC systems. We handle air-conditioning and heating repairs, complete system replacements, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, packaged equipment, rooftop units, zoning systems, new-construction work, retrofits, and indoor-air-quality improvements. We also provide duct cleaning, dryer-vent cleaning, and planned maintenance. Whether a customer needs help restoring an existing system or selecting equipment for a new installation, we focus on practical options suited to the property and its comfort needs.

For homes considering ground-source equipment, we install Bryant geothermal heat pumps. These systems exchange heat with the ground rather than the outdoor air, giving homeowners another approach to year-round heating and cooling. We can also support conventional Bryant heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and ductless equipment, so our work is not limited to one type of comfort system.

We serve both residential and commercial properties from our Fairhope location.
