Ingersoll's Refrig, A/C & Htg, Inc

We are Ingersoll’s Refrigeration Air Conditioning & Heating, a family-owned Fairhope company serving Baldwin County and nearby communities. Our business has provided heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration work since 1967, and the second generation of our family continues that service today. We work with both homeowners and commercial clients from our Nichols Avenue location in Fairhope.

Our heating and cooling services include maintenance, repair, and installation for central air conditioning, heat pumps, wall units, residential systems, and commercial equipment. We work on major brands, makes, and models, and we can set up routine maintenance plans for homes and businesses. When a system needs attention, we examine the equipment, identify the problem, and discuss the repair or replacement path that fits the situation. For new installations, we provide estimates and help customers consider the equipment needed for their property.

Geothermal systems are part of the equipment we service, and we also work with WaterFurnace. We can help customers who already have ground-source equipment as well as those beginning to consider a geothermal option. Because the requirements of a geothermal system differ from a standard heating or air conditioning installation, we approach each property individually and review the equipment and service needs before recommending the next step.

Our service area includes Fairhope, Daphne, Montrose, Spanish Fort, Point Clear, Gulf Shores, Foley, Robertsdale, and surrounding parts of Baldwin County. Beyond residential heating and cooling, our work includes commercial refrigeration, commercial vent hood service, and home backup generators. That range allows us to support comfort equipment in homes as well as systems that businesses rely on for daily operations.

When customers call us, we focus on practical guidance and clear options. Whether the job involves geothermal equipment, an air conditioner that has stopped cooling, a heating-system installation, commercial refrigeration, or preventive maintenance, our goal is to understand the need, explain the work, and complete the approved service carefully.
