Hranec Sheet Metal, Inc.

We are based in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, just south of Pittsburgh, where our central offices and manufacturing facilities support both field construction and HVAC manufacturing. Since our founding by President Steve Hranec in 1995, we have grown from a focus on light-commercial mechanical contracting to performing complex mechanical and plumbing projects across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, and West Virginia. Our construction capabilities include mechanical, plumbing, piping, HVAC service, and ductwork cleaning work.

Our manufacturing operations took a major step forward in 2008 with the introduction of an advanced fabrication facility. Today, we fabricate ductwork for supply houses and contractors throughout the United States and Canada, with particular expertise in custom spiral and oval ductwork. In 2021, we opened a 40,000-square-foot roof curb and equipment rail fabrication shop. That operation also supports pipe portals, Mighty Mount roof support system options, and prefabricated structural roof supports for pipe and ductwork.

We continued expanding our product range in 2023 with DustDuct and Tuff Duct. DustDuct provides components and options for ductwork-related collection systems, including flanged spiral connections that meet current industry standards. Tuff Duct is a pre-insulated outdoor ductwork system with a patented connection cover, designed with weatherproof features and the ability to maintain conditioned-air temperatures in extreme climates. A new 200,000-square-foot building on a 26-acre site adjacent to our existing facilities was completed in the winter of 2026, significantly increasing manufacturing space for RTU curbs, RTU adaptors, drop boxes, DustDuct, and spiral and oval ductwork.

In 2026, we also launched our patented Spiral Graphix products, giving customers a way to place logos, brand imagery, product visuals, and scenic artwork directly onto exposed spiral ductwork. Across our work, we bring together construction field services, specialized fabrication, and an expanding range of HVAC products from our Uniontown facilities. We welcome opportunities to put those capabilities to work for our customers.
