HOOSIER INDOOR AIR

We have been helping people stay comfortable and safe indoors since 1974, when we were established as Breedlove Dobbs. We recently became Hoosier Indoor Air and moved our offices to McCordsville, but our commitment to professional service remains the same. Today, we serve homes in northern Indianapolis, McCordsville, Geist, Fishers, Pendleton, and surrounding communities with heating, cooling, and indoor air quality repair, maintenance, and installation.

We are family owned and operated by brothers Jeff and Tom Rich, who both began their heating and air conditioning careers as service technicians. That hands-on background shapes how we approach every call: with technical skill, patience, respect, and a focus on finding the right solution. We hire hardworking people who enjoy technical work and treat customers with professionalism and care. Every potential employee undergoes a background check and drug testing, and our technicians are NATE certified and professionally trained. We also provide continuing education for our service staff so they can bring current knowledge into each home or commercial space.

Our services include heating and cooling repairs, equipment replacement, indoor air quality work, and routine maintenance through our Comfort Guard™ HVAC maintenance plan. We are a Bryant certified dealer and install Bryant heating and cooling systems, including high-efficiency furnaces. We can also help customers consider furnaces, heat pumps, geothermal heating systems, and ductless mini-splits based on their home, family, comfort priorities, and budget. Financing options are available for many furnaces, subject to credit approval. Through thoughtful service, continued training, and a commitment to integrity, we work to earn the confidence and trust of every customer we serve.
