Hoholik Enterprises Inc

We are a family-owned and operated team serving Manistique and communities across Schoolcraft, Alger, and Delta counties in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Our staff has worked in the industry since 1942, and today four generations are involved in carrying that tradition forward. We approach every customer with honesty, personalized attention, and open communication, keeping our customers informed along the way.

We provide HVAC, fireplace, electrical, home repair, and general construction services for residential, commercial, office, and recreational projects. As a full-service HVAC team, we repair, maintain, and replace all brands and models of heating and cooling equipment. We also install new systems and help customers consider equipment suited to their home’s size, temperature requirements, and energy-efficiency goals. Our heating services include furnaces and heat pump systems, while our cooling services include air-conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance. We also offer indoor air-quality solutions, controls and thermostats, ductless air-conditioning systems, and packaged products.

Our goal is to help customers enjoy comfortable indoor air throughout the year through fair, honest, and knowledgeable service. We recommend regularly scheduled maintenance to help keep heating and cooling equipment in good working order and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. When replacement makes sense, we can discuss newer, more energy-efficient options and help identify an appropriate unit. We are licensed and insured with the State of Michigan for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and refrigeration work. Customers can reach us at (906) 341-5065 or visit us at 135 Chippewa Avenue in Manistique, Michigan.
