His Heating & Air

We bring more than 25 years of hands-on geothermal experience to homes in the Greenville area. As an authorized ClimateMaster dealer—and the only authorized ClimateMaster dealer in the region—we design each geothermal system around the home and property where it will be installed. We begin with a free estimate by appointment, measure every room, and complete a Manual J calculation to determine the correct system size. We also explain how the system works and what the installation and setup involve, so our customers understand the project before moving forward.

Our geothermal experience includes both open- and closed-loop systems. We have installed open systems using supply and return wells, water-well pumps, pressure tanks, and solenoid-valve controls. For closed-loop systems, we work with polyethylene piping and can install vertical, horizontal, or slinky loop configurations. We select the design according to the location, loop requirements, and available land. From system design and equipment selection through installation, startup, service, and maintenance, we can handle every aspect of a geothermal project.

We also provide heating and air-conditioning repair, replacement, and new installation services for Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson. We service all makes and models and repair electric, gas, and oil systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps. Our duct services include testing, cleaning, repair, sealing, replacement, and optimization. We can test indoor humidity, identify heating and cooling problems, and install humidifiers, dehumidifiers, media filters, air-purification products, UV lights, and fresh-air exchangers. We also offer programmable and Wi-Fi thermostats, app-based controls, and zoning for multiple areas of the home. Our calls are answered live, and we approach every service with the honesty, integrity, and sincerity on which our work is founded. We believe in providing affordable rates and the best possible value for HVAC service in Greenville.
