Hetter Heating & Cooling

For more than 60 years, we have helped homeowners and businesses in Columbus and the surrounding areas with their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs. At Waterworks & Hetter Heating and Cooling, our mission is straightforward: provide exceptional solutions with professionalism, care, honesty, and a commitment to our customers’ comfort.

We offer a full range of services, including fast repairs, new system installations, and routine maintenance designed to keep equipment performing throughout the year. When winter arrives, our NATE-certified technicians provide comprehensive heating services backed by more than 236 years of combined experience. We also design and install geothermal heating systems that use the earth’s natural energy to provide consistent comfort and reduce heating costs in Ohio’s climate.

Our approach begins with education. Rather than pushing unnecessary products or services, we explain the work clearly and help our customers understand their systems so they can make informed decisions about repairs and replacements. Our technicians arrive on time and clean up after every job, bringing the same professionalism and care to each visit.

We also understand the heating, cooling, and air quality challenges faced by commercial properties. From office buildings and retail spaces to restaurants and warehouses, we tailor our commercial HVAC solutions to support reliable comfort, efficiency, and smooth day-to-day operations. We work around our customers’ schedules to minimize disruption and downtime while addressing the specific needs of each workplace. Whether we are repairing an existing system, installing new equipment, or providing ongoing maintenance, we are here to deliver dependable results for Columbus-area homes and businesses.
