Hesse Schniederjan Hvac

For more than 53 years, we at Hesse Heat and Air have helped North Texas families stay comfortable through hot summers and cold winters. We are family-owned and have served our community since 1972, with a focus on peace of mind, honest communication, and dependable care. When a heating or cooling problem disrupts your home, we listen to your concerns, evaluate the complete system, explain what we find, and offer options suited to your family and budget.

Our team provides heating and air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance in Gainesville, Texas, and surrounding areas. We work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, ductwork, and ventilation systems, and we respond to emergency heating and cooling problems. We also offer the Happie Home Protection Maintenance program for ongoing system care. Our technicians continue their training and use modern tools and technology to diagnose problems, perform thorough inspections, and help customers make informed decisions about their comfort.

Geothermal HVAC is also part of our work. We assess properties for system suitability, design systems around a home’s size and layout, install underground loops and indoor equipment, test performance, and provide routine maintenance. We have experience maintaining WaterFurnace geothermal systems and installing a WaterFurnace 5 Series heat pump using an existing vertical bore ground loop. Whether we are repairing a conventional system, planning a replacement, or helping with geothermal heating and cooling, we aim to make the process clear from the first conversation through the final inspection. We treat each property with respect, explain the system, process, costs, and expected results, and stand behind both our work and our customers’ satisfaction.
