Henry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc

We’re a family-owned heating, cooling, and plumbing team based in Dover, Ohio. George Henry founded our operation in 1960, and today we continue serving Northeast Ohio under the direction of Dave Henry and Jeffrey Ford. For more than 60 years, we have focused on delivering strong overall value and attentive customer service. We’re grateful for the loyal clients who have placed their trust in us, and we’re proud to give back to local organizations each year.

Our knowledgeable sales, installation, and service professionals help homeowners and businesses create comfortable, functional indoor environments with clean air, appropriate temperatures, and reliable water pressure. We provide heating installation, repair, and maintenance throughout Tuscarawas, Stark, Carroll, and surrounding areas. Our team works with all types and brands of residential heating systems, including geothermal systems. We also offer plumbing services, commercial HVAC and plumbing work, semiannual HVAC maintenance plans, and 24-hour emergency HVAC repair service. Our state-licensed technicians can maintain and test backflow preventers and provide the certification records required by water companies.

Every installation begins with a conversation. During a no-cost, no-obligation home survey, we gather system information, discuss comfort concerns, and answer questions before recommending an appropriate design. We use that information to develop a custom HVAC design, build ductwork, and install equipment for the specific needs of the home. Our team members have studied at nationally recognized colleges, universities, and trade schools and hold State, Federal, Factory, and North American Technician Excellence certifications. We support their continued development with at least 36 hours of continuing education each year. As a licensed, certified, bonded, and insured operation, we take pride in our workmanship, the abilities of our people, and the care and respect we show every property we enter.
