Heise Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

We’re a family-owned and operated heating, air conditioning, and plumbing team serving New London and surrounding communities. Kevin was born and raised in New London, and after many years of gaining experience, he and Karen founded Heise Heating & Air Conditioning in 2005. Our son, Dan, began working with us when he was 16 and became a co-owner in 2017. We moved from Northport to 330 N. Shawano Street in 2017, where we remained until August 2026. Our current location is 800 N. Shawano Street in New London.

Our family brings extensive trade and administrative experience to every job. Kevin has worked in heating and air conditioning for more than three decades and enjoys researching new technology and designing efficient heating systems. Karen uses more than 30 years of business experience to manage our administrative work. Dan has been in the trade since 2009 and takes pride in providing excellent customer service to the New London community. Away from work, Kevin enjoys riding his motorcycle, Karen enjoys traveling with family and friends and spending time with her grandchildren, and Dan enjoys hunting and watching the Packers and Brewers.

We install and service heating, air conditioning, air-filtration, and geothermal systems for residential, agricultural, and small commercial applications. We service all makes and models and also install water heaters, water softeners, toilets, faucets, sinks, dishwashers, sump pumps, and other plumbing equipment. Whether you need a furnace repaired, an air conditioner serviced, a leaky faucet fixed, seasonal preventive maintenance, or help with remodeling or new construction, our mission is to go above and beyond your expectations with excellent customer service. We offer proposal-based contract work, hourly service, and some flat-rate services, along with inspections and Letters of Condition upon request. Free estimates are available by appointment. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and we’re available 24/7/365 for emergency service.
