Heinold Heating & Air Conditioning

Our story began in 1958, when Melvin Heinold started Heinold Heating & Air Conditioning in Deer Creek and focused primarily on furnaces. As air conditioning became more common in local homes during the early 1970s, Melvin’s brother, Wilbur Heinold, joined the team. Wilbur’s son, Dave Heinold, came aboard in 1974 and today serves as our president and sole owner. Through each generation, we have continued to adapt as heating and cooling technology has changed.

We are family-owned and based in Eureka, serving customers throughout the Peoria and tri-county area. Our work includes heating and air conditioning repairs, service, and new installations. We also offer GeoComfort geothermal systems, which use heat from the ground to provide an efficient approach to home comfort. From the arrival of high-efficiency furnaces in the 1980s to today’s high-efficiency air conditioning options, we have made it a priority to keep pace with the products and technology available to homeowners.

We know that choosing a heating and cooling system is a major investment and that every family has different comfort needs. Rather than relying on salesmanship, we focus on relationships, practical recommendations, and helping our customers make informed choices. Our process can include estimating energy costs over several years so customers can compare their options and select a system suited to their homes.

Trust and customer service have anchored our work for decades. We strive to provide prompt, efficient service and stand behind our work and products. Our A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau is part of the strong reputation we have worked to build. We remain committed to the ethical foundation that has guided us through the years and to earning the confidence our customers place in us.
