Healthy Climate Inc.

We’re a locally owned and operated heating and cooling team based in Royston, Georgia, with an additional location in Walhalla, South Carolina. Since 2005, we’ve served homeowners and businesses in Hartwell, Lavonia, Royston and Toccoa, Georgia, as well as Anderson, Seneca and Walhalla, South Carolina. We’re led by owner Mitch Phillips, who brings more than 25 years of heating and cooling experience and remains personally involved in our work. We believe every customer deserves honest advice, clear communication and quality workmanship—not a sales pitch.

We repair, install and maintain heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, ductless systems, mini-splits and geothermal HVAC systems. Our services also include heating solutions, commercial HVAC work, custom HVAC services for residential new construction, and indoor air quality products for homes and commercial properties. Before recommending a furnace or heat pump, we consider the building’s size, insulation, layout and energy goals so the equipment can be properly sized. We also offer preventive maintenance plans for furnaces and heat pumps, helping identify developing problems and prepare heating equipment for colder weather. After each heat pump maintenance visit, we provide a detailed performance report.

Our approach is straightforward: we explain what the system actually needs, provide the repair price before work begins and avoid recommending equipment or services that do not serve the customer’s best interests. We use flat-rate pricing so the cost is clear before a repair is approved. Our team arrives on time, communicates throughout the job and treats each property with care. We protect the work area, keep the site organized and clean up when we’re finished. Whether we’re completing an installation, performing maintenance or responding to a repair call, we focus on careful workmanship, trusted products and solutions our customers can understand. When someone calls us, a live member of our team answers.
