HCE Systems Inc

Our story began in 1986, when Roger Whitaker started Clinch River Heating and Cooling in St. Paul, Virginia. In the spring of 1991, we moved to Norton and became HCE Systems Inc. After operating from a small rented building on Spring Avenue, we purchased and constructed our current Norton facility in October 1992. Today, our team includes ten employees focused on helping customers with their heating and cooling needs.

Our service department is 100% NATE-certified, and we are a Virginia Class A contractor and a Master Kentucky HVAC Contractor. We provide HVAC repair, routine maintenance, system replacement, and 24-hour emergency service. We also offer planned service contracts designed to help heating systems operate efficiently. Regular maintenance can help prevent many problems, support dependable cooling performance, and extend the useful life of an air-conditioning system. When an older air conditioner needs frequent repairs, we can help customers select replacement equipment suited to their needs and budget.

We offer a range of Lennox heating and cooling products, including high-technology and innovative system options. Whether a customer needs regular service, emergency air-conditioning repair, or a complete HVAC replacement, our trained technicians work to identify the issue, explain the available options, and restore comfort as quickly as possible. We also offer a 7-by-12-foot cooler or freezer space that may be used for emergency restaurant, school cafeteria, fast-food, convenience-store, or disaster-related storage, as well as cold storage for weddings, parties, and other special events. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To learn more or arrange an appointment, call us in Norton at 276-212-1358.
