Haynes Heating & A/C, Inc.

We’re a family-owned heating and air conditioning team based in Cedartown, Georgia, serving Northwest Georgia since 1977. We began with a simple mission: to provide our local community with quality HVAC service and honest craftsmanship. Although we’ve grown from a small family-run operation into one of the region’s respected HVAC providers, we remain committed to our roots and treat every home as if it were our own.

Our certified technicians provide residential and commercial HVAC installation, routine maintenance, repairs, and indoor air quality solutions. We work with American Standard equipment and continue to embrace modern technology that can improve comfort and energy efficiency. Our mission is to give every customer greater comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind through expert solutions, dependable service, and trusted advice. Quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction guide our work, which we support with strong warranties and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

We also specialize in residential geothermal heating and cooling. Our NATE-certified technicians design, install, repair, and maintain geothermal systems from all major geothermal heat pump brands. For new installations, we provide site evaluations, system sizing, ground loop design, excavation coordination, heat pump installation, and ductwork integration. We install horizontal and vertical ground loops designed for each property, and qualifying systems include our 10-year craftsmanship warranty. Our repair and maintenance services cover heat pump components, loop circulation, controls, refrigeration systems, pressure testing, refrigerant checks, filters, and system optimization. We can also assess older geothermal equipment or conventional HVAC systems and recommend replacement options intended to improve efficiency and comfort. From the first assessment through ongoing maintenance, we aim to provide knowledgeable guidance and reliable workmanship at every stage.
