We’re Hartzell’s Heat & Air, a locally owned and operated HVAC team based at 602 S Main Street in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Dave Hartzell founded our shop about 15 years ago after spending 12 years with another local HVAC provider. A Kingfisher County native, Dave has more than 45 years of experience in the trade and still works personally on service calls and installations. We’re not a franchise or a national chain. Our roots are here, and we approach the people we serve as neighbors.

Our family remains closely involved in how we operate. Dave’s daughter, Shelby, manages our day-to-day operations and makes sure commitments are carried through. Our trained, background-checked crew handles routine service under Dave’s Master HVAC License, while Dave runs diagnostics on difficult calls and geothermal projects. He also personally signs off on every installation before the system is commissioned. Dave holds Master HVAC License 00115936, NATE certification, and IGSHPA accreditation for geothermal installation. We are also a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, a Trane TCS SELECT dealer, a ClimateMaster GeoElite dealer, and a BBB A+ Accredited Business.

We provide air-conditioning and furnace repair, heat-pump service, geothermal installation, ductless mini-splits, new-construction HVAC, maintenance plans, and commercial HVAC throughout Kingfisher County, including Kingfisher, Hennessey, Okarche, Dover, and Cashion. When existing equipment has good bones, we can also evaluate rebuilding it rather than assuming it needs complete replacement. Every repair and installation we perform includes a six-month labor guarantee: if the same problem returns within six months of our service, we’ll fix it with no labor charge.
