Haller Enterprises

We’ve served residential and commercial customers across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania since Rick Haller founded Haller Enterprises in 1981. What began with one man, a van, and a dream has grown to nearly 400 employees and five branch locations. From our Harrisburg location at 4330 Lewis Road, Suite 2, we provide plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, construction, and mechanical services tailored to the needs of homeowners and businesses.

Our mission is to enrich the lives of the customers and communities we serve by providing unparalleled services and solutions. We offer a range of heating and cooling options designed to accommodate different budgets, along with preventative maintenance and financing for unavoidable repair costs. Throughout every interaction, we work to create a smooth, transparent experience. We conduct our daily work with integrity by honoring our commitments, doing the right thing even when no one is watching, and treating people with dignity and respect. We also protect customers’ homes by wearing floor protectors and using drop cloths and hall runners.

Our work depends on the collective effort, diverse experience, and customer care of our team. We require background checks and drug tests for all employees, take our safety protocols seriously, and prioritize the well-being of both our employees and customers. We recruit and train new team members to help them develop their skills, and we provide deserving employees with opportunities for career advancement. Since our founding, we have also supported local charities, foundations, institutions, and community outreach initiatives. We embrace our responsibility to help the communities we serve and remain committed to providing quality care from the first call through the completion of each job.
