Hajek Heating & Cooling, LLC

We’re a family-owned heating and cooling team founded in 2022 in Salem, Oregon. Our mission is to help keep families comfortable and safe throughout the year. Trust, integrity, quality, personalized service, and customer care shape how we approach our work, and we aim to treat every customer like family.

We provide installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair for a wide range of air-conditioning systems. We also specialize in EMME Controls and Home Comfort Zones, which support precise, efficient climate control. When a system is not performing properly, we work through the diagnostic process step by step rather than guessing. On a multi-zone ductless system in Salem, for example, we used digital manifold gauges to evaluate refrigerant pressures, tracked down a hidden leak, addressed the issue, and restored the refrigerant to the proper level.

Geothermal and water-source systems are another specialty of ours. We have hands-on experience inspecting components such as copper supply and return lines, air handlers, and controls, including work with ClimateMaster units. We begin by learning about each customer’s energy goals and assessing the property and system. During a geothermal service call in Sherwood, we diagnosed a failed variable-speed ECM motor. Because these motors must be matched to the specific unit, we identified and installed the correct replacement so the system could return to smooth, quiet operation without placing unnecessary strain on other components.
