H.J. Faust Inc.

We opened our doors in 1978, and we’ve spent every year since earning our place in the community one job at a time. Although HVAC equipment has changed and systems have become more complex, our approach remains straightforward: we show up, diagnose the problem accurately, and do the work the way we would want it done in our own homes. That approach has carried us through more than 20,000 installations across Burlington, Lake Geneva, Waterford, and surrounding communities. We remain locally owned and privately held, so we answer to the neighbors we see around town rather than a distant corporate office.

As a full-service heating and cooling team, we handle installation, repair, and replacement for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment in homes and commercial properties. We install Lennox systems and service all major brands, including Carrier, Daikin, Goodman, Honeywell, Trane, and Bryant. Our capabilities also include in-house sheet metal fabrication, indoor air quality solutions such as filtration and humidity control, maintenance plans, and 24/7 emergency service. Our licensed, insured, factory-trained, and NATE-certified technicians begin with a thorough inspection. If a repair can genuinely solve the problem, we’ll say so. If replacement makes more sense based on the system’s age, efficiency, and repair cost, we’ll explain the reasoning so you can make an informed decision.

Giving back is also important to us. Each year, in partnership with Lennox, we participate in the Feel the Love program by nominating a local family that cannot afford a new furnace and installing one at no cost. It is one of our favorite things we do. Whether you need heating or cooling service, ongoing maintenance, or help evaluating your current system, call us at (262) 418-0700 to schedule service or request a free assessment.
