Ground Source Well Drilling

We are a family-owned well drilling team based in the De Pere and Green Bay area. Since 1963, we have served homeowners, homebuilders, and other customers across northeastern Wisconsin, completing more than 10,000 wells. Our work often keeps us close to home in De Pere and Green Bay, but we also travel to job sites throughout the region, including Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Winnebago, and Door County, as well as other parts of Wisconsin and portions of Michigan.

Our services include water well drilling, well pump installation, and well pump repair. We install water wells for homebuilders and individual homeowners, and we troubleshoot, repair, and replace pumps for existing wells. Whether a customer needs a new well or help identifying a pump problem, our team brings decades of practical experience to the work.

We also have experience with geothermal and environmental wells. For geothermal projects, we drill vertical closed-loop systems designed to use the earth’s ground temperature as part of an efficient, reliable heating solution for homes and businesses. We have completed more than 600 residential and commercial vertical closed-loop installations across Wisconsin and Michigan. Through this work, we offer a sustainable energy option while helping support comfort in a home or business. Our environmental drilling work ranges from site investigations to recovery wells, allowing us to help plan and carry out projects around specific environmental objectives. From our office at 3671 Monroe Road in De Pere, we bring together well drilling, pump services, geothermal drilling, and environmental drilling for customers throughout our service area.
