We are a family-owned heating and sheet metal team that has served the Central Oregon Coast since 1947. From our Newport location at 218 NW 12th Street, we work on residential and commercial projects, including new construction and retrofits. Our well-trained, NATE-certified technicians and project estimators help customers explore practical comfort and energy-saving options for their properties.

Our heating and cooling offerings include heat pumps, gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, ductless units, zoned systems, fireplaces, stoves, in-floor heating, geothermal heating options, and high-efficiency water heaters. We install natural gas and propane furnaces from Trane and Daikin in efficiencies ranging from 80% to 97%, as well as heat pumps and air conditioners that can be added to gas furnace systems. We have extensive experience with ductless heating and can recommend a system suited to keeping a home comfortable throughout the year. We also offer indoor air quality products designed to reduce allergens, bacteria, dust, mold, mildew, airborne pathogens, and odors. Additional options include built-in central vacuum systems, whole-home generators, remote-access thermostats, and remote-access home security products. For urgent heating and comfort needs, we provide 24-hour emergency service.

Custom sheet metal work is another important part of what we do. Our fabrication shops in Newport and Lincoln City allow us to design, fabricate, and install custom projects in collaboration with our customers. We work with stainless steel, copper, galvanized steel, and aluminum, using our shop capabilities to shear, brake, punch, weld, polish, finish, and modify materials for the required application. Whether we are helping with a heating system, improving indoor air quality, or creating a custom metal product, our focus is on experienced workmanship and solutions matched to each project.
