Groth-Gates Heating & Sheet Metal

We are a family-owned team that has served the Central Oregon Coast since 1947. From our locations in Lincoln City and Newport, we help residential and commercial customers improve year-round comfort in new construction and existing buildings. Our trained, NATE-certified technicians work with heat pumps, gas and electric furnaces, ductless units, zoned systems, fireplaces, stoves, high-efficiency water heaters, in-floor heating and geothermal heating options. Our project estimators evaluate each property and help identify suitable comfort and energy-saving options. We also provide 24-hour emergency service when urgent heating assistance is needed.

Our work extends beyond heating equipment. We offer indoor air quality products designed to reduce allergens, bacteria, dust, mold, mildew, airborne pathogens and odors. Other available solutions include built-in central vacuum systems, whole-home generators, remote-access thermostats and remote-access home security products. We are also proud to support ductless heating needs throughout the Central Oregon Coast from both of our locations.

One of our distinguishing capabilities is custom sheet metal fabrication. We operate extensive fabrication shops in Lincoln City and Newport, where our team can shear, brake, punch, weld, polish, finish and modify stainless steel, copper, galvanized metal and aluminum. We collaborate with customers to design, fabricate and install custom projects, including flashing, countertops, backsplashes, chimney caps and swing caps. Whether we are installing a comfort system or creating a custom metal piece, we bring decades of practical experience and careful craftsmanship to the job. Our Lincoln City location is at 2614 SE Highway 101, Lincoln City, Oregon 97367, and we can be reached at 541-994-2631.
