Groff's Home Comfort Team

We’ve been helping families enjoy greater comfort since 1987, when DeVon Groff started a small HVAC operation in his garage in Mountville. Dennis “Denny” Dagen joined him four years later to develop our plumbing division, and they formed a partnership and incorporated in 1993. In 2000, they added our electrical division and moved the operation to our present home at 3012 Willow Street Pike in Willow Street, Pennsylvania. Today, DeVon serves as our CEO and works with customers through our HVAC sales department, while Denny serves as president and CFO and manages our operations.

Our Home Comfort Team provides heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical service and repair, and complete bathroom remodeling throughout Lancaster, Chester, Berks, and York Counties. Our team includes many long-term employees, certified and licensed technicians, and more than 15 licensed plumbers. With a fleet of over 50 trucks, we’re equipped to serve homeowners across the region with personal attention and skilled service.

We handle plumbing needs ranging from new installations and everyday repairs to clogged drains, water conditioning, sump pumps, and larger plumbing projects. For heating, we install, maintain, and repair furnaces, heat pumps, central heating systems, boilers, ductless mini-splits, and programmable thermostats. We also provide 24/7 emergency heating service. During warmer months, our technicians service central air systems, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, and high-efficiency cooling systems for homes of every size.

As we’ve grown, we’ve continued learning and keeping pace with new heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical technology. Our goal is to bring practical know-how and attentive service to every home we visit, helping our customers stay comfortable through every season.
