We are Gra-Tac Heating & Cooling, a Bryant Factory Authorized HVAC provider serving homeowners and businesses across South Central Kentucky since 1976. John Graff and Charley Tackett founded Gra-Tac after leaving their positions at the Chrysler Air-Temp factory, now the Corvette Plant, to install and service heating and cooling systems for their local community. Since those early days, we have grown into a full-service HVAC team while remaining committed to quality workmanship, reliable service, and long-term customer relationships.

Our licensed professionals install, repair, and maintain a full range of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Our services include heating and cooling, commercial HVAC systems and ongoing maintenance, ductless mini-splits, seasonal tune-ups, repairs, and geothermal heating and cooling installations. Our experienced technicians diagnose and repair all makes and models of furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners. We also offer ComfortPASS® HVAC Maintenance Programs designed to improve energy efficiency and system performance, extend equipment life, identify minor issues before they become more costly, and help maintain consistent comfort throughout the year.

For geothermal projects, we install high-performance Bryant® geothermal heat pump systems and design each system for the individual home, whether it is part of an HVAC upgrade or new construction. Our experience with South Central Kentucky’s climate, soil conditions, and energy programs helps us plan geothermal systems for reliable regional performance. We serve homeowners in Bowling Green, Glasgow, Scottsville, Franklin, Russellville, Morgantown, Brownsville, and throughout South Central Kentucky. Our headquarters at 563 Lovers Lane in Bowling Green includes a 13,000-square-foot facility supporting our office operations, manufacturing, and storage needs.
