Gk Smith & Sons

Since 1955, we have served the heating and cooling needs of residents and businesses in Miami County and the surrounding areas. As a locally owned and operated team, we take pride in the reputation we have built through quality work, attentive service, and a commitment to customer comfort. Whether a project is large or small, we give it the care and attention it deserves.

We provide residential and commercial installation, repair, and maintenance for a wide range of heating and air-conditioning systems. Our residential heating services cover electric heat pumps as well as conventional and geothermal heat pumps. We also install, maintain, and repair air-conditioning systems, helping customers select equipment suited to their indoor comfort needs. For commercial properties, we assess the demands of each space and recommend heating and cooling solutions designed for the project. Emergency commercial air-conditioning repairs are also among our services.

In addition to heating and cooling, we provide commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance with attention to safety and compliance. Our fully equipped fabrication shop enables us to complete custom sheet metal work as part of our broader service offerings. As authorized dealers for Bryant, Carrier, and WaterFurnace, we offer products from established brands for residential and commercial projects. From installing a new system to performing seasonal maintenance or addressing needed repairs, our trained and knowledgeable team is ready to help keep your home or business efficient and comfortable.
