Gilleland & Merkosky Svcs

At Gilleland & Merkosky Services, Inc., we’re proud to help homeowners and commercial customers in Uniontown and the surrounding areas stay comfortable throughout the year. We approach every visit with diligence, respect, and professionalism, drawing on our HVAC knowledge to assess problems and explain practical options. Our technicians are knowledgeable, and we are fully licensed and insured. We offer fair, straightforward pricing, keep our trucks stocked with common parts, provide complimentary estimates on new systems, and make emergency service available.

We work on heating and cooling systems in residential, commercial, and new-construction settings. Our services include air-conditioning, heat-pump, furnace, and boiler repair, service, and installation, along with indoor-air-quality solutions, controls and thermostats, and geothermal systems. Whether an air conditioner is blowing warm air, a heater is not operating properly, or a system has become less efficient, we can diagnose the issue and help determine whether repair or replacement is the better option. We also service central air, heat pumps, mini-splits, and other types of HVAC equipment.

We believe regular maintenance can support comfort, help equipment operate smoothly, and reduce avoidable energy use. During routine heating and cooling visits, we perform inspections and checks intended to identify concerns and keep systems in good working order. When replacement becomes necessary, we help our customers consider appropriately sized equipment and understand the available choices. Before moving ahead with a heating installation, we take time to explain the options and answer questions.

Our relationships within the Uniontown community are central to the work we do. When heating or cooling trouble makes a home or workplace uncomfortable, we are ready to assess the problem and provide timely, professional service. Our goal is to give every customer clear information, capable workmanship, and a comfortable path forward.
