Geothermal Concept

We are Geothermal Concept, a full-service heating and air conditioning team based in Annandale, Minnesota. We serve customers in Clearwater and the surrounding area with heating, cooling, and geothermal services for homes and businesses. Our goal is to provide prompt, quality service while helping each customer find a comfort solution suited to their property.

We specialize in geothermal systems and install WaterFurnace products, known for their performance and industry-leading warranties. We also service and repair most major brands of geothermal and HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and other heating and cooling systems. Whether you need routine maintenance, equipment repair, or a complete comfort system, we bring the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate your options.

Geothermal systems use renewable energy from the ground to support heating, cooling, and hot water needs. We can explain how the technology works, assess your home or business, and help determine which system may be appropriate. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and offer free, no-obligation consultations for customers considering a new system.
