Gasline Mechanical Inc.

We are a full-service design-build HVAC and plumbing contractor based in Snohomish, Washington. We were founded in 1994 by John Anderson and Mike Osborne after they had worked together at B&B Heating and Air Conditioning. Mike later moved on to other pursuits, while John continued building and growing our team. Today, John’s sons, Jake and Travis, each have a decade of experience with us and are preparing to take the reins.

For the past 20 years, we have specialized in mixed-use, multifamily, industrial, and commercial projects. We have also completed large residential homes, primarily for contractors and developers we have worked with, including the personal homes of some of Washington’s largest builders. We continue to perform select large commercial projects, including replacing equipment in buildings where we completed the original work 15 to 25 years ago. Our primary focus has now expanded to residential replacement HVAC systems.

We bring our commercial experience into the home through system planning, high-grade ductwork design, and commercial-grade installation practices. Our goal is to provide residential systems designed for dependable, efficient operation and consistent comfort. We specialize in zoned ducted systems, ducted VRF systems, and non-ducted installations, giving us options for creating quiet systems with balanced temperatures throughout the home.

Our capabilities also include custom ductwork design and fabrication, precision manufacturing of HVAC components, large-scale ductwork installation, gas system piping, waterproof flashings, and retrofits. Our experienced sheet metal craftsmen create ductwork and components suited to the specific requirements of each project. From our Snohomish location, we serve North King County, Snohomish County, and surrounding areas. We are also hiring qualified HVAC professionals who share our commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
