Franey Mechanical Services, Inc

At R. J. Franey Mechanical Services, our goal is to keep your home comfortable through Cape Cod’s winter chill and the dog days of summer. Located on Cape Cod, we provide heating, cooling, air conditioning, and indoor air quality repair, service, replacement, and maintenance throughout the Upper Cape and Mid Cape. Our service area includes Hyannis, Mashpee, Falmouth, Cotuit, Barnstable, West Barnstable, Sandwich, Yarmouth, Dennis, Marstons Mills, Centerville, and Osterville.

Comfort is only part of what matters to us. We work to help equipment operate safely, reduce fuel bills, and improve indoor air for people living with allergies or concerns about the air they breathe. Our work is centered on practical solutions for year-round comfort, safety, efficiency, and cleaner indoor air. We take that responsibility seriously and value the trust our customers place in us. That is why we invest in the additional training and equipment we believe are needed to care for homes and families properly. We hold Massachusetts Sheetmetal Shop License 62 and Master License 2263.

We service gas- and oil-fired furnaces, gas boilers, air conditioning systems, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, filters, thermostats, and water heaters across a wide range of brands. We also offer high-efficiency equipment upgrades, radiant floor heating, geothermal heating and cooling, solar hot water, duct sealing, and high-efficiency heat pumps. Our testing services include duct blasting, duct testing, blower door testing, carbon monoxide testing, and Coolsmart program testing. Whether you need a repair, routine service, equipment replacement, maintenance, or an estimate, call Amy or Bob Franey at (508) 539-8668 to get started.
