Forward Heating and Cooling

At Forward Heating & Cooling, we help homeowners and businesses stay warm and comfortable through Wisconsin’s cold and stormy weather. Based in Madison and serving southern Wisconsin, we approach every job with integrity, hard work, and reliability. We believe our reputation is built through satisfied customers and old-fashioned word of mouth, and many of the people who contact us are friends or family members of past clients.

We provide heating, furnace, boiler, and geothermal services, including equipment sales, repairs, and installations. We service all makes and models, and our technicians are trained to diagnose home-comfort needs and recommend a system suited to each customer. For those considering an upgrade, we sell and install Carrier heating units for residential and commercial applications. We can provide a free estimate, explain the available options, and design a complete heating system around the project’s specifications.

Geothermal is a service we are especially passionate about. We have been involved in geothermal work for more than ten years, with training from the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association in Oklahoma and from WaterFurnace International. We can handle the geothermal installation work inside the home and coordinate the outside loop work with GO Loop, our preferred loop contractor, or with another contractor selected by the customer. We welcome the opportunity to share our geothermal knowledge, discuss the details of a proposed project, and help customers understand whether a geothermal system fits their needs.
