We have provided design-build services from our Woodstock location since 1994. Our work grew from CAD-CON Consulting Incorporated, a design-only firm that has provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil design services since 1984. Those roots shaped the multidisciplinary approach we bring to our projects, integrating design, engineering, and construction rather than treating them as separate parts of the work.

Our capabilities span three core service groups: building, environmental systems, and foundations. We provide architecture, structural engineering, construction value engineering, and structural consulting for projects of varying scales. Our foundation and site specialties include foundation repair, underpinning with helical and reticulated micropiles, soil nailing, tieback anchors, rock bolting, pressure and compaction grouting, and sinkhole remediation. We also work with residential and commercial HVAC, geothermal HVAC, indoor air quality, high-efficiency system change-outs and upgrades, ductwork, and multi-zone mini-split systems for specialized needs or building limitations.

We approach demanding projects through interdisciplinary teamwork, clear communication, and close attention to detail. By bringing multiple areas of expertise together, we can develop flexible, focused solutions and adapt our construction capabilities to the needs of each project.
