F&S Williams, Inc.

We have served Tippecanoe and surrounding counties from our home at 173 Farabee Drive in Lafayette since 1947. We are not a franchise, and our family has maintained the same local home throughout our history here in Lafayette. Whether someone is concerned about a boiler in an older home or a farmer needs help with a heat pump, we bring decades of experience to finding practical, cost-effective answers.

Our work covers heating, cooling, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical service, and geothermal systems. We service all brands, and we continually train so we can help customers understand their options. As an American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning Customer Care Dealer, we sell high-efficiency American Standard heating and cooling equipment. We also provide sales and service for geothermal systems, helping customers explore an option designed to reduce energy costs and environmental impact. When heating or cooling equipment needs service or replacement, we use current technologies to address the job.

Our plumbing capabilities range from repairing a simple leak to installing complete plumbing and piping systems. We handle new installations, remodeling work, and repairs on many types of plumbing systems. We also perform residential electrical work, including the installation of electrical components for HVAC and plumbing equipment and the installation of lighting fixtures. Across these services, our focus remains on trained workmanship and useful answers for the people we serve. Customers with questions, requests, or comments about our products and services can contact us through our online form or email our owner, Mike, directly.
