Excel Comfort Inc

We’re a locally owned and operated, full-service HVAC contractor based at 708 W 7th St in Sioux City, Iowa. We serve residential and commercial customers throughout the Tri-State area, taking care of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that keep homes and commercial spaces comfortable. Our services cover air conditioning, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-split heat pumps, and geothermal heating and cooling.

Our skilled technicians install, repair, replace, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC equipment. We service and repair all major brands of furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners, and we work with all major brands when installing these systems. For a new installation, we focus first on helping you choose equipment that fits your needs and is properly sized. We then install it professionally and run it through its paces to confirm that it is operating properly and efficiently. For existing equipment, our maintenance and safety checkups are designed to keep systems running at peak performance and give you greater peace of mind.

We take training and product quality seriously. Our team is NATE Certified, and we have earned Daikin Comfort Pro status, a distinction based on qualification and training. Our relationship with Daikin Comfort supports our commitment to offering quality heating and cooling products while addressing your comfort and ventilation needs effectively. For residential work, we do not add overtime or emergency upcharges. We also respond quickly and can usually provide same-day service.

From Sioux City, we serve communities across the Tri-State area, including locations in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Whether you need a furnace or air conditioner repaired, routine HVAC maintenance, replacement equipment, or a professionally sized and installed new system, you can turn to us for knowledgeable residential and commercial service.
