Estes Heating & Air Conditioning

We’re a family-owned and -operated HVAC team that has served Jacksonville since 1992. Our roots in the area run even deeper through Wayne Estes, who was raised in Jacksonville and began learning the trade as a teenager. He helped his older brother install duct systems in Florida homes built before residential central heating and cooling became common. After more than 45 years in the field, including 30 years as our owner, Wayne remains the person customers ask for when an especially difficult problem calls for creative, experienced troubleshooting. His belief that “the customer is always right” shapes how we treat every customer and every interaction.

Our experience spans residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC equipment. We install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, ductless units, digital thermostats, and commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-ins, uprights, line coolers, and ice machines. We also provide 24/7 emergency HVAC service for homes and businesses. For new construction, we work with area homebuilders to design and install residential systems around the needs of each home, with careful planning for equipment placement and homeowner comfort. Our technicians work with all major brands, and financing is available for customers who need it.

The range of experience within our team helps us approach each project with care. Field Supervisor Chris Estes has worked as an apprentice, installer, service technician, and system designer, and he has a particular passion for tailored new-construction solutions. Commercial Estimator and Project Manager Justin brings deep Jacksonville-area roots to his work, while Brian contributes 19 years of industry experience across installation, service, and preventive maintenance. Together, we focus on honest pricing, quality workmanship, hands-on support, and lasting customer relationships. We’re fully licensed and insured, and we’re proud to give back to the Jacksonville community that has supported us for more than three decades.
