Energy Works

At Energy Works, we combine innovative technology with practical solutions designed to reduce energy costs and create healthier, more comfortable indoor environments. Our owner, Richard Vulliet, began his HVAC career in 1991 when he opened Affordable Home Heating. A few years later, he merged with a friend and colleague to form Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning. After many successful years, Richard chose to focus on his passion for alternative energy solutions, sold his share to his business partner, and started Energy Works NW.

For more than 20 years, our approach has been to put customers first. We stand behind our workmanship for the lifetime of the equipment and support that commitment through quality installations and attentive customer service. Our goal is to develop creative energy solutions with as little environmental impact as possible. We also understand that newer systems are not the right investment for every home or business, so we continue to offer traditional systems using a whole-house approach intended to help lower energy costs.

Because technology changes quickly, we continually monitor emerging options and work closely with manufacturers and distributors to identify solutions for our customers. Not every project is straightforward, and we look beyond the immediate challenge with a solutions-focused mindset. We also invest continuously in internal and external training, giving our team opportunities to strengthen their skills while refining the processes that serve both our employees and customers.

Our licensed and insured electricians are trained in all areas of electrical construction, with safety and integrity as priorities on every job. They have extensive classroom training and are certified Generac mechanics, allowing us to help homeowners select, install, and maintain generators for emergency power. We also handle residential electrical work and back our work with a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. For customers in King and Snohomish counties, our furnace services include installation, replacement, inspection, maintenance, tune-ups, service, repairs, and emergency repairs.
