EMCOR Services Betlem

We provide facilities and HVAC services throughout western and upstate New York, drawing on decades of industry experience to support both commercial and residential needs. Our capabilities include HVAC service, building automation, chillers, boilers, and energy solutions. From rooftop equipment to systems at the foundation level, we focus on keeping buildings operating efficiently and cost-effectively.

Our team includes more than 175 skilled professionals, giving us the resources to take on a wide range of facility and HVAC requirements. We perform repairs and maintenance and can provide on-site personnel for building management. As part of EMCOR Group, we combine our local knowledge with the resources, professional network, and purchasing power of a Fortune 500 organization. Whatever the scope, our goal is to keep each project moving smoothly from initial concept through completion.

We also bring our experience to a major infrastructure project in Rochester. Our updates to the Rochester District Heating Cooperative resulted in 12% savings in natural gas. In addition, Bill Coe participated in a WXXI News panel examining recently approved funding for a feasibility assessment of a proposed large-scale geothermal system in Rochester’s Inner Loop. The discussion explored the work such a project could involve, its potential costs and benefits, and what it could mean for development in the area if approved.
