Elliott-McElwee, Inc.

Since 1980, we have provided honest, reliable HVAC service at competitive pricing for homeowners and light commercial customers in South Jersey. From our Pleasantville location, we serve Egg Harbor Township, Pleasantville, Cape May County, and surrounding communities. Our goal is straightforward: provide successful service and give every customer a great experience through honest, reliable service, quality products, and attentive customer care.

As a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer, we work with leading manufacturers and employ licensed, NATE-certified HVAC technicians. Our heating services include installation, repair, and maintenance for gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, hybrid systems, high-efficiency equipment, and radiant heating. We also provide seasonal heating maintenance intended to help prevent breakdowns, lower energy bills, and extend HVAC system life. A maintenance visit may include a full system inspection, cleaning burners and components, checking electrical connections, inspecting the heat exchanger, testing thermostat calibration and safety controls, checking airflow and ductwork, lubricating moving parts, and cleaning or replacing air filters when needed.

We support our team with fully stocked service vehicles and offer competitive service agreements. For projects that require a customized approach, our in-house sheet metal fabrication allows us to create components designed for a proper fit with a home’s heating system. This capability is one of the ways we provide comprehensive residential and light commercial HVAC service.
