Elite AC

We’re Elite AC, a Florida service team with a Jacksonville office and a dedicated North Florida footprint. We provide AC repair in Jacksonville, along with HVAC installation and maintenance across North Florida and Orlando. Our support in Jacksonville and nearby North Florida communities also includes confirmed plumbing and electrical service pathways. Since 2016, we’ve focused on helping homeowners and businesses make practical decisions about their comfort systems: repair when the problem is specific, broader HVAC diagnosis when the symptoms point beyond one part, maintenance when prevention is the priority, and installation or replacement planning when a new system is the better long-term path. We’re a licensed Florida contractor, a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, and BBB A+ rated.

Our approach to HVAC repair is to look at the whole system and identify the actual root cause rather than simply replace the loudest part. When needed, we widen the diagnosis to evaluate airflow at supply registers and returns, refrigerant charge against actual subcooling and superheat, blower performance under load, control-board logic, thermostat behavior, duct condition and leakage, static pressure, and indoor humidity. Once we understand the issue, we explain what we found, why it is happening, and what options are available. We provide a written estimate before repair work begins.

For a new installation, we begin with an on-site assessment and review of the existing system. We perform a Manual J load calculation, select equipment that matches the calculation, and provide an itemized written estimate. We then remove old equipment and ductwork as scoped, install the new equipment to manufacturer specifications, complete start-up commissioning, and walk the homeowner through the finished system. We pay close attention to airflow and the path the air takes through the home because equipment alone does not determine performance. If the duct path needs work, we address that in the plan before installation—not after.
