Element Heating & Cooling Inc

Since 2009, we’ve helped homeowners and light commercial clients stay comfortable throughout Twin Falls, Burley, and the greater Magic Valley region. Our team includes more than 35 trained technicians and installers, and we’re known for responsive scheduling, honest service, and quality craftsmanship. With NATE-certified technicians, Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer status, and 24/7 emergency support, we’re prepared to assist with both planned improvements and unexpected heating or cooling problems.

We provide seasonal tune-ups, repairs, complete system replacements, high-efficiency air-conditioning upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions. Heat pumps are one of our specialties, and we install and service systems designed to handle Southern Idaho’s cold winters and warm summers. Our options include air-source heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and geothermal heat pumps. We also service heat pumps of all brands and models, diagnosing problems when a system is not heating or cooling properly.

When it’s time for a new heat pump, we begin by evaluating the home’s size, layout, insulation, and comfort needs. We then explain suitable options, efficiency ratings, installation details, and upfront pricing so our customers can make informed decisions without pressure. Our certified technicians install each system according to manufacturer specifications, test its operation, and walk the homeowner through how to use it. We also take care to protect the home during installation and leave the work area clean when the job is complete.

Whether we’re completing a quick repair, installing a new system, or helping improve indoor air quality, our goal is to make year-round comfort straightforward and stress-free. We proudly serve Twin Falls, Burley, Jerome, Kimberly, Buhl, Rupert, and surrounding Magic Valley communities.
