We are a family-owned and operated heating and cooling team serving the Bloomington community from our location on North Loesch Road. Geothermal comfort is an important part of our work. We design and install closed-loop heat-pump systems that use the Earth’s steady temperature rather than natural gas or outdoor air to heat and cool a building. Our certified geothermal and loop-design specialists have installed more than 150 ground-source heat-pump systems in Monroe County. We complete detailed load calculations and soil assessments for every project, provide all-inclusive pricing, and handle paperwork for applicable rebates and tax credits. After installation, we provide maintenance and repair support for the life of the system.

We also service conventional heating and air-conditioning equipment. Our technicians repair gas, electric, dual-fuel, and heat-pump furnace systems, working on all brands and models, with 24/7 emergency service available. We diagnose and repair central air-conditioning problems, including systems that are not cooling properly, need recharging, or are not running. Preventive maintenance and maintenance plans are available to help reduce breakdowns and support the useful life of cooling equipment. When a new system is needed, our comfort designer visits the home, explains suitable heating and cooling options, and helps compare comfort, efficiency, and cost. We can also install Lennox high-efficiency furnaces customized around a family’s comfort needs and energy-efficiency goals.
