East Iowa Mechanical

We formed East Iowa Mechanical in 2002 in Epworth, Iowa, as a full-service plumbing, HVAC, and electrical shop. We began with one service van and a straightforward belief: putting in the extra work, doing the job the right way, and maintaining affordability would lead to success. Our early work focused primarily on residential and agricultural needs. As demand for our services grew, so did our team, facilities, and capabilities.

Today, we bring experienced employees to residential, agricultural, commercial, and light industrial applications. Our mechanical services include design, sales, service, and installation. We work with hydronic and in-floor heating, geothermal systems, air-source heat pumps, custom-built ductwork, indoor air quality solutions, and a full line of Carrier equipment. We also service equipment from all brands, regardless of who sold or installed it. Around 2009, we expanded further through the formation of East Iowa Construction, adding excavating, concrete construction, trucking, and other underground services.

We serve a broad area of Eastern Iowa, including Dubuque, Jackson, Jones, Delaware, Clayton, Linn, and Johnson counties. We continue to evolve with changing market conditions and customer needs so we can offer a complete and diverse range of services while staying true to the principles that guided us from the beginning.

For us, every job deserves the same care we would give our own. We invest many hours in training on current techniques and products, and we put in the extra effort no matter the situation. Our goal is to provide the best finished product we can while being prompt, receptive, respectful, and forthright. We believe those qualities are the foundation of lasting customer relationships.
