Earthheat, Inc

We began in 1995 as Cherry Valley Enterprises, founded by Gerard Maloney to provide plumbing and heating installation services. In 1998, we adopted the EarthHeat name as part of a new mission: to become Washington State’s premier geothermal ground-source service provider. After discovering that the comfort of radiant heating could be combined with the efficiency of a geothermal heat pump, Gerard made geothermal system design, installation, and customer service a central focus of our work. By the end of 2019, we had built an extensive portfolio of turnkey ground-source installations for custom homes, large commercial properties, and military facilities.

Based in Duvall, Washington, we provide geothermal, heating, and plumbing solutions for residential and commercial customers. Our licensed plumbers handle needs ranging from routine maintenance to complex plumbing installations, while our team also works to improve the efficiency and reliability of residential and commercial water-heating systems. For heating systems, we provide repair and maintenance for boilers and furnaces, including gas, electric, and oil equipment. Our experience also includes fire-tube and water-tube boilers, as well as combination boilers that supply both space heating and hot water.

Our mission extends beyond the individual services we provide. We see our work as an opportunity to serve our customers, our community, and the environment. We believe people are our greatest asset, and our team enables us to deliver knowledgeable service, quality workmanship, and sound safety practices. We approach each relationship with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and dependable support. Whether we are working on a geothermal installation, maintaining a boiler or furnace, or addressing a plumbing need, our goal is to earn long-term trust by helping customers keep their systems efficient, reliable, and well maintained.
