Dwight Getting Htg & A/C

For over 30 years, we have provided heating and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and service for residential and commercial properties. Based at 5 Schuman Road in Millwood, New York, we serve customers throughout Westchester County, Putnam County, and parts of Connecticut. Our team works with equipment from all major manufacturers in the heating and air conditioning industry.

Our capabilities cover dry and wet heating systems, including gas, oil, and electric furnaces, boilers, pumps, and geothermal systems. We also install and service City Multi systems, outdoor condensers, rooftop equipment, chilled-water systems, evaporators, blowers, and fan coils. Our work includes piping for refrigerant, steam, and hot water, as well as both ducted and ductless systems. We can design and install the controls needed to operate the systems we install.

Proper installation is essential for equipment to perform as its manufacturer intended. Our service technicians continue to maintain the equipment we install, and we can also survey work completed by others. When appropriate, we advise customers about upgrades or repairs that may improve system performance. For ongoing care, we offer residential and commercial maintenance programs with affordable monthly payments. Maintenance is customized to each system and can range from regular filter changes to performance testing.
