Don Kruse Electric

We’re Don Kruse Electric, a full-service heating, cooling, and electrical team based at 40A Copple Road in Omak, Washington. For many years, we’ve helped our customers stay comfortable with experienced service and high standards of professionalism. We approach every job with a service-oriented, client-centered mindset, and we’re committed to doing our work professionally, ethically, and honestly. We believe the quality of an HVAC system depends not only on the equipment but also on the care and expertise that go into its installation and repair.

Our heating and cooling services include heat pump installation and repair, furnace repair and replacement, air conditioner maintenance, AC repair, and complete air conditioning installation. We also handle routine maintenance and help customers establish maintenance plans designed to support their systems’ longevity and value. When an older HVAC unit cannot be repaired—or when repairing it no longer makes practical sense—we can recommend a new, energy-efficient system based on the needs of the home and the customer’s budget. We proudly endorse Carrier air-conditioning products and carefully evaluate each home before making a recommendation.

Our electrical services range from repairing existing equipment to installing complete new systems. We work on new construction, electrical installations and repairs, electrical checkups, and the replacement of old wiring. We’re also a PUD Conservation Program-approved contractor for lighting and HVAC system upgrades and retrofits. Customers in Twisp can turn to us for HVAC repairs, maintenance, and new installations as well. We offer convenient appointment scheduling, and our service trucks are stocked with tools and replacement parts so that we can provide a same-day fix in most cases. Above all, we aim to treat our customers like family and provide trustworthy, quality work throughout the community.
